I've had others, I've heard of others. But nothing compares with Dude with the Food Catering Inc. Honestly, we had a BBQ late in the summer and early fall and not one person left without a doggie bag. Every single person there loved the entire menu!! It was a huge hit and we would NOT hesitate to use Dude again. Highly recommend them. The potato and pasta salad were tops, as was the cole slaw. We had the pulled pork, the beef brisket, the beer can chicken, beans and slaw and the other salads as well. "FYI" - Swish
The pulled pork is absolute perfection. I cannot say enough about it. I always hesitate to get pulled pork because it's sometimes dry meat in covered in sauce, but this is perfect. Melt in your mouth, over-stuffed sandwich... The fries are cooked like carnival fries...the ribs are also delicious.
